1. We accept payment through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted through the secure payment system. If you do not have a Paypal account, it is very easy to get one! It is a very safe payment processor.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We source our products from several vendors within the us, europe and asia - which allows us to offer wholesale prices, with an often changing variety with the highest quality materials and design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the shipping time maybe long for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

2. If you have not received your shipment after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to provide the best service possible and keep our customers happy! You will receive a full refund if you haven't received an item within 45 days.
3. Shipping time during the Holiday Season could be longer than usual. Please add another 5-9 days as a potential delay.
4. We provide a tracking number so you can follow your products.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. In the unlikely case you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days, and we will make it right.
2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item. In most cases, the buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees. We can also discuss whether a partial refund is possible. Please let us know if something is not as you wished, and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
3. Full refund if you do not receive the order within 45 days.
CUSTOMS TAX
Usually we can declare minimum value on the package, to avoid custom taxes. Nevertheless, different countries maintain different policies, so if you want to be sure the amount is low enough, you could tell us the amount you would like to be put on the package. In case a customs tax is still required, this is responsibility of the buyer.
